So, it looks like I will be bringing both an electric and wood fired
smoker out to Toorcamp with me, in addition to the griddle set-up I
bring to the DC 206 camp out every year. I'm planning on doing
breakfasts in the morning and dinner in the evenings.
Out of those going to Toorcamp, who'd want to get in on our meal plan?
I'll need to know numbers so I can buy the appropriate amount of chow as
well as any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, lactose intolerant, one of
the many wheat allergies, etc). I can't promise I'll be able to cater to
everyone's dietary needs, but as those of you who know me can vouch for,
I do my best. That said if you're a level 4 vegan with a gluten allergy
and a hatred for legumes, you're probably shit out of luck.
Either way, let me know if you want to get in on the grub.
Currently I'm thinking simple stuff like eggs, sausage, bacon, and toast
for breakfast. Maybe one morning oatmeal w/ fruit
Dinners will consist of things like pork shoulder, ribs, mashed
potatoes, asparagus, etc.
