BLR 2012 annual elections

Another year has gone by and it is time for our annual elections.

Voting will be held Sunday October 28th from 3pm-6pm.

Last year we had a decent turn out and a lot of new positions were filled.

Currently there are a few open slots on the board and everyone is up
for re-election.

If you are interested in running for a position, please submit your
name to a current board member or officer for nomination.

Include positions that interest you and a prepare a brief statement on
why you should be selected.

Everyone is invited to join and participate, however, votes will be
cast by current officials.

Remote access should be available but is not guaranteed.

Below is a general outline. Hope to see everyone there!

3pm - Arrive, mingle, etc.
3:15 - Nominations
3:45 - Statements
4:15 - Deliberation
4:45 - Voting
5 - Results
5:15 - Acceptance
5:30 - Paperwork
5:45 - Closing
6pm - Done
